My name is Kim Price and photography is my game. I love nature and the great outdoors. If I’m not out there I am daydreaming about where I should be. As I write this, I am sitting on the veranda of a cruise ship on my way to Greenland, Iceland and Norway. As I gaze out, I realize that I never tire of observing what is offered in our natural world, from a small ripple in the water to the grandiose views of our national parks or from a bird soaring about to a humpback whale breaching in the ocean. I am fascinated with the evolution of the natural world and it’s inhabitants and am always trying to capture this relationship with my camera.
I have been a photographer for many years and feel as though I have barely scratched the surface of what is available to me in the field of photography. I am always looking for new ways to enhance my current skills so as to best portray my art.
My hope is that when you view my images they will evoke your own emotions and allow you to realize the importance and urgency of preserving our natural treasures so that we all may continue to enjoy the experience of discovery.
